Our bodies have an organisational force that co-ordinate movement, immune system function, digestion and the ability to adapt to new environments.

In times of stress (such as trauma, food choices and mental/emotional hardship) the body can become overwhelmed, unable to process and adapt.

This stress is stored as tension and creates distortion to the proper functioning of the body - what Chiropractors call a Subluxation. The intention of Chiropractic is to locate and release this Subluxation (stored stress), allowing us to grow, heal and evolve.

Techniques

Dr. Kathryn uses a combination of BGI (BioGeometric Integration), NET (Neuro Emotional Technique) and Non-Method Activator.

Using predominantly light, gentle touches to the body, BGI is perfect for those who prefer a low invasive approach to healing. BGI understands the subluxation (stored stress) to be information from experiences, that were unable to fully be integrated into the body. By releasing the subluxation (stored stress) pattern, we give the stored information a second chance to be integrated into the whole.

NET uses muscle testing and the Chinese Meridian system to release unresolved mental/emotional stress. NET can be helpful for those who suffer with phobias, experience body pains or struggle with anxiety or depression.
